Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of Terms
- By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client and ROIHigh ("Company"). These terms and conditions govern the provision of link-building and/or link-insertion services and any related activities
Scope of Services
- The Company will provide link-building and/or link-insertion services to the Client based on the agreed-upon plan and strategy. The specific services will be outlined in the project proposal or service agreement between the parties.
Client Obligations
- The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, access, and materials required for the execution of the link-building and/or link-insertion services.
- The Client acknowledges that the timely provision of requested information and cooperation is crucial for the successful delivery of services. Delays caused by the Client may result in adjusted timelines or additional charges, as deemed appropriate by the Company.
Link Building Strategy
- The Company will develop a link-building and/or link-insertion strategy tailored to the Client's needs and goals. The specific tactics, websites, and platforms used for link-building and/or link-insertion will be determined by the Company, considering industry best practices.
- The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure that all link-building and/or link-insertion activities are conducted in accordance with ethical guidelines and comply with search engine policies.
Reporting
- The Company will provide regular reports to the Client detailing the progress and results of the link-building and/or link-insertion campaign. The frequency and format of these reports will be agreed upon by both parties.
- The Client acknowledges that link-building and/or link-insertion efforts may take time to yield measurable results, and the Company does not guarantee specific outcomes or improvements in search engine rankings.
Intellectual Property Rights
- The Client retains ownership of all intellectual property rights of the content provided by the Company. The Client grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the information on the Client's website and content solely for the purpose of providing link-building and/or link-insertion services.
Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep any confidential information disclosed during the engagement confidential. This includes but is not limited to trade secrets, business strategies, and client data. The obligations of confidentiality continue even after the termination of the agreement.
Fees and Payment
- The Client agrees to pay the fees as outlined in the project proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise specified, all fees are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
- Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or service agreement. The Company may suspend or terminate services if payment obligations are not met.
Limitation of Liability
- The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable and effective link-building and/or link-insertion services. However, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data.
Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Any fees owed up to the termination date shall become immediately due and payable.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
